1999 Lyham Trigger. HNL 98111. By Lyham Ranger ; top Sire Reference Scheme ram 1998. We bought this ram from Neil Howie, owner of what is now probably the most successful Vendeen flock in England.

Bees Grove Vice Admiral. CJB 99002. by Lee Hall Rear Admiral. Breed Champion Royal Welsh 2000.
1999 Lyham Vagabond. HNL 99032. Bought at Carlisle sale 2000 from Neil Howie of Northumberland. Top stock sire within the Vendeen Sire Reference Scheme in 2000. Winner of both the Great Yorkshire and Royal shows. Vagabond was used as a high index terminal sire on Welsh halfbreds by the Welsh Sheep Strategy last August on a Focus farm in North Wales on the Lleyn Peninsular. The ram is scrapie genotyped R1. Semen is available from Edinburgh Genetics and the Welsh Sheep Strategy.

New French bloodlines have been used within the society to advance the exceptional progress that the breed is making.
We are now getting double muscling within the breed, along with the great length and width that they already possess.
